  • Clear title (including judgements)
  • Work with the Bank or Mortgage Company to clear underwriting issues and schedule the closing
  • Prepare the HUD and send it to you for review with your client
  • Fund through our Trust Account, "OR YOURS"
  • Send closing package back to lender
  • Handle all Post Closing Issues
  • Record Mortgage and Deed

SELLER'S ATTORNEY

For a fixed- fee AFTER ATTORNEY REVIEW we will:

  • Clear any title issues
  • Order payoffs, "AND CLEAR JUDGEMENTS"
  • Send you the HUD for review with your client
  • Handle post-closing issues

All you have to do is approve the HUD, prepare the Deed and Affidavit of Title, 1099 and Seller's Certification and show up for the closing
