This also includes a complete copy of the Executed Contract with any amendments, the Mortgage Commitment, and contact information for your clients, including telephone numbers; addresses; and email addresses.

BUYER’S ATTORNEY:
For a fixed-fee, AFTER ATTORNEY REVIEW we will…

• Clear title (including judgments)
• Work with the Bank or Mortgage Company to clear underwriting issues and schedule the closing
• Prepare the Closing Disclosure (CD) and send it to you for review with your client
• Fund through our Trust Account,
• Send closing package back to lender
• Handle all Post Closing Issues
• Record Mortgage and Deed

SELLER’S ATTORNEY:
For a fixed-fee, AFTER ATTORNEY REVIEW we will…

• Clear any title issues
• Order payoffs, “AND CLEAR JUDGMENTS”
• Send you the Closing Disclosure (CD) for review with your client
• Handle post-closing issues
